Encore Strings will present a free concert of holiday chamber music at Trinity Lutheran, Sunday December 11 at 3PM.
The quartet is comprised of violinists Stephanie Everett and Jennifer Pappal, violist Melanie Ramsey and cellist James Nackley. The concert will feature music of the season, everything from Corelli’s “Christmas Concerto” and Vivaldi’s “Winter” to “Frosty the Snowman” and a variety of Christmas carols.
Funding for the concert is being provided by the Dr. William Sunderman Endowment, so there is no charge for admission. Sunderman is a deceased member of Trinity Lutheran Church. You can read more about his remarkable life in his 2003 obituary in the New York Times.
Light refreshments will be served after the concert.
